PATENT ATTORNEY
McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Professional Association seeks a patent attorney with 2+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience, with a solid understanding of patent law as well as trademark, license, and other non-patent intellectual property law.  The position initially would be 2-3 days a week, with flexibility for more.  For consideration, the qualified candidate must be USPTO licensed, possess outstanding academic credentials in a technical degree coupled with excellent writing and communication skills.  McLane presents a fine opportunity for professional development and personal satisfaction in a fast-paced and stimulating work environment.  Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
