From South:

• Travel I-93, North.
• Take Exit 13, Manchester Street, Downtown.
• At the light of end of exit ramp take a left and follow signs for Route 3 N, North Main Street, Downtown.
• Stay in right lane of traffic, passing through two sets of traffic lights;
• At the next traffic light at the intersection of South Main Street and Storrs Street, turn right onto Storrs Street;
• On Storrs Street you will pass on your left Theatre Street and Hill Avenue; right after you pass Hill Avenue and right BEFORE you reach the next traffic light (which is at the intersection of Storrs and Pleasant Streets), you will see on the left the entrance to the parking garage directly behind Capital Commons;
• Enter the garage and take a ticket at the kiosk;
• If spaces are available, it's best to park on level 3A in one of the unreserved spaces there;
• You will see a pedestrian exit from the garage where there is a "pay station" . Walk out that exit and onto Main Street and enter the Capital Common's main entrance; go into the lobby and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
• When you leave the building, go back to the pay station to pay the parking fee and validate your parking ticket; you will present the validated ticket at the kiosk as you leave the garage.

From North:

• Travel I-93, South.
• Take Exit 13, Manchester Street, Downtown.
• Turn right at bottom of ramp.
• Stay in right lane of traffic, passing through two sets of traffic lights;
• At the next traffic light at the intersection of South Main Street and Storrs Street, turn right onto Storrs Street;
• On Storrs Street you will pass on your left Theatre Street and Hill Avenue; right after you pass Hill Avenue and right BEFORE you reach the next traffic light (which is at the intersection of Storrs and Pleasant Streets), you will see on the left the entrance to the parking garage directly behind Capital Commons;
