New Online Filing Of Annual Reports In New Hampshire Available On 1/1/04

Beginning January 1, 2004, the New Hampshire Secretary of State, Corporation Division, will be able to receive online filings for annual reports of New Hampshire corporations and limited liability companies. It offers you the convenience of filing without ever leaving your office and immediate processing and confirmation of your annual report filing. In lieu of mailing paper annual report forms this year, the New Hampshire Secretary of State will be mailing a mint-green postcard to inform the entity that the annual report is due and will have instructions on how to file online. The postcard will be mailed to the address to which the annual reports would have been mailed.

If you intend to file your annual report yourself, go to the Secretary of State's website at www.nh.gov/sos/corporate. Click ANNUAL REPORTS ONLINE located in the menu bar and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will be prompted to enter your Business ID#, which you will find on the reverse side of the postcard you will receive. You will be able to determine what fee is due, obtain the form, complete it and file in online, paying the fees with your MasterCard or Visa credit card in a secure transaction environment.

If online filing is not an option for you, you may either download and print your annual report from the New Hampshire Secretary of State website by clicking Annual Reports Online and then clicking the option to Download Your Annual Report Form. You may also call the New Hampshire Secretary of State at 603-271-3244 to request your annual report form to mail to their office.
