McLane Law Firm Announces New Environmental and Energy Attorney

MANCHESTER, NH: McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association announces that Jonathan Peress has joined the Environmental and Administrative Law Department. Attorney Peress comes to McLane from NRG Energy, Inc. in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, where he was the Director of Environmental Services. His professional experience also includes his work as the Associate General Counsel for the Agency of Natural Resources of the State of Vermont, and as the Chair of the Air Quality Practice Group at the law offices of Devorsetz, Stinziano, Gilberti, Heintz & Smith in Syracuse, New York. Attorney Peress will be working in an Of Counsel capacity, and based in McLane’s Concord office at 15 North Main Street. Managing Director of the Firm’s Concord office, Steve Camerino, was pleased to say: “We are excited that Jonathan will be joining our energy practice and focusing on environmental issues facing electric generating facilities in the region. Attorney Peress received his B.S. in Management from C.W. Post College in New York, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in, New York, Vermont, and also has a pending license in Connecticut.
