McLane Attorney Michael Tule Joins Board of New Hampshire Preservation AllianceFebruary 4, 2008, Manchester, NH: The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, Professional Association, with offices in Manchester, Portsmouth, and Concord, is pleased to announce that Attorney Michael B. Tule has been elected to the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance. Mike recently rejoined the firm after more than 10 years serving as a business executive and inside general counsel at two New England-based companies, WPI Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WPIC), of Manchester, New Hampshire and Rock of Ages Corporation (NASDAQ Global: ROAC), of Barre, Vermont. A part of McLane's Corporate Department, Mike focuses his practice on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and business formation and counseling. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Mike is a member of the Business Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. A Graduate of the Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 1996, he has served on the Board of Advisors for the New England Legal Foundation and on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire International Trade Association. He currently serves as a Trustee for the Wadleigh Memorial Public Library. Mike will serve a three-year term with the Board of the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance. He has an avid interest in history and historic preservation, and most recently served on the selection committee for the organizationŐs 2008 "Seven to Save" endangered properties list. Mike received his B.A. from the University of Vermont and his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. He lives with his wife Marie and their two children in Milford, New Hampshire.
