Claudia joined the firm in 2000 after 26 years of private practice in a prominent New Hampshire law firm as a civil litigation attorney. She practices in all areas of environmental law with a focus on environmental and regulatory litigation and the representation of clients in a wide range of matters before state and federal agencies, including environmental compliance and permit approvals.

Representative Clients & Work
Claudia works with clients (ranging from large corporations to individuals) to resolve environmental compliance issues. She helps clients deal with wetlands, waste and air permitting issues. She works with clients involved in administrative and judicial enforcement actions. She is an experienced mediator and has helped individuals and corporations resolve disputes in diverse substantive areas, ranging from personal injury to employment matters to business matters, through alternative dispute resolution.

Community Involvement
Claudia is Chair of the New Hampshire Bar Foundation's IOLTA Grants Committee. She served as a New Hampshire Bar Examiner for 9 years. She finished her third term, after serving nine years, on the Concord Board of Education at the end of 2005, having served the last four years as President. Claudia's civic activities include long time service as director and Vice-President of the Greater Manchester YMCA. She also served many years as a director, then Secretary of the Board of New Hampshire Legal Assistance. Claudia was Chair of the Boscawen, N.H. Zoning Board of Adjustment for 13 years.

- Prior to joining McLane, Claudia was a Shareholder and Director of a large and prominent New Hampshire Law Firm where she served as head of the litigation practice group, advisor to all associates, and as a member of the Management Committee.
