Cathryn E. Vaughn
Associate
Kate's practice focuses on commercial, insurance and environmental litigation, and education law. A considerable portion of her practice is spent representing parties potentially responsible for hazardous waste contamination in recouping response costs from insurers and from other potentially responsible parties via CERCLA's contribution provisions. She also works on a number of business litigation matters. Kate's experience as a special education and independent school teacher helps with her representation of schools with risk management and litigation matters.
