business, intellectual property, and computer and privacy matters. He
regularly represents local and national companies in New Hampshire,
Massachusetts, and around the country. He has litigated a wide range of
commercial cases, including corporate and shareholder disputes, trade
secrets, and copyright and trademark infringement. His practice
regularly involves electronic discovery and information technology
