Jarrett B. Duncan

Jarrett joined the firm in 2006 as an associate in the Administrative Law Department where he practices in a variety of areas of administrative and environmental law. His practice includes working on complex regulatory and litigation issues involving compliance with federal, state and local laws. He has worked on multiple cases involving the clean-up, remediation and transfer of contaminated sites. Jarrett also advises clients on various compliance issues related to the regulation of electric generation facilities, firearms facilities, shooting ranges and other manufacturing and processing facilities.
