Representative Clients & Work
Jessica represents both individuals and entities in her real estate and lending work. She strives to counsel her clients not only on compliance with the law, but on how to do so in an efficient and expedient manner. Recent transactions include:
- Represented the developers of a shopping plaza in the loan transaction and due diligence for the acquisition of the property and by negotiating multiple leases for the space, including two leases with national retail chains.
- Completed multiple 1031 exchanges including a "reverse" 1031 exchange
- Represented national wireless communications provider on lease negotiation and permitting for new facilities.
- Represented buyer in acquisition of bed and breakfast business including the acquisition of business assets and real estate.
- Volunteer representation of local community organization with leasing of a portion of its space as dorm space to local art school.
