Kermit J. Zerr
Associate
Kermit is a member of the firm's Corporate Department and concentrates his practice in the areas of business and immigration law. He represents entrepreneurs and businesses in all phases of their existence, from entity formation to dissolution, and all matters in between. He provides counsel to individuals and business clients concerning all aspects of immigration law involving both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. He strives to develop long-term relationships with his clients and their families and believes that an attorney's counsel is most effective as part of a continuing relationship, rather than on a transactional or isolated basis. He is eminently approachable and dedicated to meeting clients' specific needs.
