Linda chairs the Land Use Group. Linda's practice is currently focused on the representation of investors and developers of real estate as well as companies in the acquisition, expansion, lease, financing or sale of their business locations and businesses. In addition, she represents businesses and individuals in a broad array of construction, contractual and permitting matters including zoning, subdivision, site plan review compliance and registration of subdivisions and condominiums with the New Hampshire Antitrust and Consumer Protection Bureau of the Justice Department.

Linda has represented companies, large, small and non-profit in moving or expanding their business locations and investment properties, by purchase, lease, construction and sale. She has also worked with developers to successfully obtain zoning changes, variances, special exceptions and site plan and subdivision review for residential subdivisions, condominiums and age restricted housing. She also represents community associations, including Wentworth by the Sea Master Association.
