Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, providing securities law, corporate ethics and compliance advice and general corporate counsel. Prior to joining McLane, ML was Group Counsel at Mueller Water Products, Inc. , an NYSE-traded industrial company, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Apogent Technologies, Inc. , formerly an NYSE-traded company.
