On behalf of Fortune 100 corporations as well as small business clients, Michael has successfully litigated numerous employment disputes, including claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, and parallel state statutes. He has tried cases in state and federal court involving claims of sexual harassment and retaliation, reverse-race discrimination, age discrimination, disability discrimination, breach of contract, tortious interference with contract and fraud. Michael is especially adept at identifying dispositive legal issues and developing the record to support dismissal of claims as a matter of law.
