Michael has represented the insured in some of the most significant, recent environmental coverage cases in New Hampshire including EnergyNorth Natural Gas, Inc. v Underwriters at Lloyds et al, 150 N.H. 828 (2003), which settled the question of "trigger of coverage" in long-tail liability claims.
During the past two years he has been involved in several complex, multi-party jury trials in the New Hampshire courts that each lead to verdicts in favor of insurance coverage for his clients on multi-million dollar environmental claims.
