MARK C. ROUVALIS
Director
Mark's practice focuses on commercial and environmental litigation. An experienced trial attorney, he represents businesses and individuals before federal and state trial courts, and appellate courts in a variety of business matters. He works on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in business and family partnership disputes, commercial litigation, construction disputes, products liability cases, insurance coverage disputes, employment litigation, utility litigation, as well as professional licensing and disciplinary matters. Mark's practice also has a focus representing individuals and companies in cases involving personal injury and property damage resulting from environmental contamination. Mark has extensive experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, and is trained as a mediator.

- Elbes Associates v. RCL Electronics, et al. Represent international manufacturing company in significant hazardous waste case involving environmental unique issues of fault, allocation and regulation.
- Confidential Client v. Environmental Engineering Firm. Represent manufacturing client in professional negligence case against an environmental consulting firm for improper design and construction of environmental remedy.
- Confidential International Manufacturer v. Design Engineering Firm. Successfully obtained confidential settlement in a case arising out of the misdesign and construction of a co-generation energy facility.
