- Trademark counsel to several clients in the pharmaceutical industry
- Trademark counsel responsible for protecting and maintaining brand name of one of NH's largest amusement parks
- IP counsel to numerous start-up and small businesses with respect to various intellectual property issues, including protection in the marketing of ideas, products, branding strategies, and trademark, copyright, patent and trade secret protection
