Pat has more than fifteen combined years in real estate and construction experience as an owner and as a lawyer. She regularly represents property owners and developers before local land use boards and has litigated a number of land use cases relating to those approvals, some of which have eventually been decided by the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Representative issues include zoning and planning appeals and matters relating to road layouts, Class VI roads, growth management, impact fees and other private restrictions on land use and real estate titles such as easements and private covenants.
