Also a certified public accountant, Steve has over twenty-five years experience working with and representing companies and individuals in Business Matters, Transactions, Estate Planning, ERISA and Executive Compensation. He has represented businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and the New Hampshire Department of Revenue Administration. Steve has also served as counsel for companies, fiduciaries and sellers in over thirty ESOP transactions.
