Timothy W. Fortier
Government Relations Advisor/Environmental Paralegal

Tim is the Firm's non-lawyer professional lobbyist with nearly twenty years of State House experience advising companies, trade associations and other corporate clients on legislative and regulatory matters. Tim has represented numerous business interests before the New Hampshire General Court and other administrative agencies and have served as the primary spokesperson for several business groups before the New Hampshire legislature and media. Tim represents clients before legislative committees and monitors day-to-day activities at the State House and State agencies. He also researches and reports on legislation and administrative rules for all clients and is also responsible for developing and implementing legislative strategies for clients on a wide-range of issues.

Representative Clients & Work

As a registered lobbyist, Tim represents numerous local corporations, chambers of commerce and trade associations before the New Hampshire Legislature, the Executive branch, and regulatory agencies. Our clients receive highly personalized, issue-based counseling, project management and information services from experienced legislative and regulatory affairs professionals. Tim is strategically positioned to handle all types of legislative and regulatory work for our clients. Clients include individual interests, firms of all sizes and businesses both old and new from up and down the State and region.

Tim provides a full-time presence for our clients in the State Capitol. This presence allows us to keep abreast of the issues, the positions of the players, and the process. In many cases, the Firm's lobbying professionals serve as an extension of our client's staff and interface daily to provide the information, analysis and counseling to help them understand and manage constantly changing requirements.
