Director
Bill is a director of the firm and currently serves as the Chair of the
Trust and Estate Department. Bill concentrates his practice in
sophisticated estate planning, implementation and administration for
executives and business owners, as well as federal and state tax
planning and structuring for corporations, limited liability companies,
partnerships, individuals and non-profit organizations.

Community Involvement
Bill is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Manchester Family YMCA, as well as Co-Chair of its current capital campaign. Recent Publications and Lectures
Bill is co-authoring a comprehensive treatise in the New Hampshire practice series entitled "Trusts, Estates, and Guardianships." to be published in mid 2008. Bill has also authored numerous articles on tax topics, including, "Shifting Assets to Trusts for Minors After RRA '93", published in The Journal of Taxation and "Incorporation and Tax Exemption for New Hampshire Non-profit Organizations: An Introductory Guide," published by New Hampshire Business Council on the Arts. Bill frequently speaks at professional and civic seminars.
