Arbitration and Mediation

Members of McLane's strong litigation practice have served as court appointed neutral mediators in many varied instances, as well as serving as private mediators on many occasions on a wide variety of issues and have served on numerous arbitration panels.

McLane's attorneys currently serve on the Mediation Panel for the United States District Court, where they have successfully mediated many cases in the areas of employment, tort, contract and civil rights as well as the Meditation Panel of the New Hampshire Superior Court, where they have gained exceptional knowledge of alternative dispute resolution. They have also mediated for the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights. Members also serve on the Panel of Commercial Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.

We count amongst our ranks a previous New Hampshire District Court Judge and a former New Hampshire Attorney General. We also employ a full time Government Affairs Advisor. We are also proud that members of our Litigation Department have been chosen as Fellows of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.

Members of our Litigation Department are members of  the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and New Hampshire Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Sections.
