Our Government Relations Practice Group is an experienced team handling client issues at all levels of government. Our Government Relations Practice Group represents client interests in lobbying, rule making and informal proceedings before all government agencies. We handle all types of government regulatory, permitting and transactional work, including for example, RCRA, Superfund, Clean Air Act, highway and transportation, natural resources, Clean Water Act, wetlands, land use, anti-trust and tax issues and related enforcement actions, prosecutions and litigation for business and individuals. We maintain a continuous presence in the Legislature, and meet with Legislators, regulators and other key government officials and staff members throughout the year to represent our clients' concerns.
