Biography

As the firm’s Corporate Paralegal, Anikó works directly with corporate clients and the firm’s directors. She focuses on all aspects of corporate business law with emphasis on entity formations, organizations, administrations, corporate governance, and transactions. Anikó is an exceptional resource for directors in corporate transactions; including due diligence reviews, stock and asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, private offerings and securities matters, IRS and SOS filings, UCC searches and filings, and liquidations and dissolutions. Her client focused approach, paired with her creative thinking and analytical ability, makes her highly valuable to the firm.

With fifteen years of experience working as a paralegal, having extensive experience in business immigration law and corporate business law, Anikó became a nationally Certified Paralegal in 2007, and in 2010 she completed the National Association of Legal Assistants & Paralegals (NALA) Advanced Paralegal Certification Program in Business Organizations: Incorporated Entities. Anikó is one of 260 advanced certified corporate paralegals in the nation, and one of only 4 advanced certified corporate paralegals in New Hampshire.

In 2007, the New Hampshire Bar Association recognized Anikó with the Paralegal Professionalism Award. From 2010 to 2011, she served as President and Chairman of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH), and from 2008 to 2009 she served as its Vice President. She single-handedly re-designed PANH's website, for which she received an Above & Beyond Award, and served as the Association's Website Chair from 2006 to 2013. Currently, Anikó serves as PANH's Director at Large and Bar Liaison.

Anikó is a graduate with High Honors of the American Bar Association approved Paralegal Studies Certificate Program from the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) in Concord, NH, and received her B.A. in Tourism and Sales (U.S. Equivalency) from Xantus Janos College in Budapest, Hungary.

She has written articles about the paralegal profession with regards to its regulation and the profitability of paralegals. In 2010, Anikó delivered the commencement address at NHTI's graduation reception for the Certificate in Paralegal Studies program.

Anikó is a member of NALA, the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), and PANH, and also serves as a Notary Public for the State of New Hampshire.  She is a dual citizen of the United States and Hungary, bilingual in English and Hungarian, and conversational in Italian, German, and some Russian.
