Biography

Brad is an Associate in McLane’s Corporate Department, where he assists business clients in a wide range of corporate law and real estate matters. Prior to his final semester of law school, Brad completed a full-time externship at McLane’s Trade Center office in Woburn, Massachusetts. He joined the firm as an Associate in September 2014.

Brad earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Northeastern University (2014) and received his B.A. in economics from Boston College (2009). While in law school, Brad served as Editor-in-Chief of the Northeastern University Law Journal (2013 – 2014) and completed full-time legal internships (“co-ops”) with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office, Transportation and Construction Bureau (2011); as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Norman H. Stahl, Senior Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (2012); and as a law clerk in the legal department of Massachusetts-based retailer BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. (2013).

He is licensed to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
