Henry is an associate in the firm's litigation department.  He seeks to provide high quality and cost effective solutions to his clients’ legal problems.  His practice focuses on criminal and civil litigation, including probate litigation, in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Henry has represented clients in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Supreme Court, New Hampshire Superior Courts, and the Circuit Courts in the District, Family and Probate Divisions.

Henry has experience advocating on behalf of individual and entities in probate and fiduciary matters, including guardianships, trust administration, and partition actions.  Henry also has experience defending clients accused of violations, misdemeanors, and felonies.

Before joining the firm, Henry was a law clerk for two years for the judges of the Rockingham County Superior Court where he gained insight into effective court practices. 

A native of New Hampshire, Henry resides in Portsmouth.

Significant Cases

  • In re Estate of Kathleen Mullin, New Hampshire Supreme Court 2016-0177 (February 15, 2017).  After oral argument, successfully affirmed trial court’s denial of motion for declaratory judgment.  The Supreme Court held that the court overseeing a probate administration may decline to exercise jurisdiction to adjudicate validity of inter vivos transfer of property into a trust where another forum is more convenient.
