Employment Law Attorney
McLane Middleton, Professional Association is seeking an employment law attorney with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in employment law focusing on risk management.
Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, discipline and discharge issues. Experience advising human resources professionals and senior management, and preparing employee handbooks and policies.
NH or MA Bar admission, with the expectation that the second admission will be obtained.
