Barry is the firm's Managing Director and has 25 years of experience handling environmental and energy matters for regional and national clients. He does a substantial amount of energy facility siting work, primarily before the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee, on numerous types of projects ranging from fossil and renewable generation, to electric and gas transmission.

Adam M. Hamel
Director, McLane Middleton

Adam is a director in McLane Middleton's Litigation Department and vice chair of the firm's Employment Law Practice Group. He regularly assists clients on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and violations of restrictive covenants. Adam also assists employers with a variety of litigated and non-litigated employment law issues including charges of discrimination, wrongful termination, violation of restrictive covenants, wage and hour issues, among others. 


Kimberly A. Kramer
Of Counsel, McLane Middleton

Kim represents entrepreneurs, closely held and family owned businesses in transactional matters ranging from entity selection and formation to drafting and negotiation of shareholder and operating agreements and other complex contracts including distribution, joint venture and licensing agreements.  She is experienced in asset and stock sales including the successful transfer of ownership to third parties, the next generation and key employees.  She also represents companies in convertible debt, private equity and venture financing transactions.
