Daniel is an associate in the Corporate Department. He advises business clients on transactional matters related to entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, corporate governance, and securities law.
Daniel earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2021. During law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern with the Honorable Gary E. Hicks, Senior Associate Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and with the New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation. He also served as Chief Articles Editor and as an Executive Editor for the University of New Hampshire Law Review.
Daniel earned his B.A. in English with a minor in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Saint Michael’s College, and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also captained the men’s ice-hockey team and co-founded a non-profit organization focusing on mental health awareness, Hope Happens Here, while in school.
Prior to law school, Daniel played professional ice-hockey for a year in France.
