Josh is an associate in the Tax Department.  Josh advises both individuals and entities on various state and federal tax planning issues.  He also assists clients with resolving IRS compliance and other tax controversy issues.

Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Josh owned and operated a solo law practice where he represented clients in the Greater Boston and Merrimack Valley areas.  Josh also previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their National Tax Office in Washington, D.C.  While there, he specialized in tax controversy, entity elections, and compliance with foreign bank account reporting rules.

Josh received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
