McLane Law Firm To Relocate Concord Office To Capital Commons Complex

May 26, 2005
CONCORD, NH
— The law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton announced today that the firm will relocate its downtown Concord office to the Capital Commons office building that is planned for 11 South Main Street. The building is being developed by Capital Commons, LLC.

McLane’s Concord office has been located at Bicentennial Square in Concord since 1989.

“In the 16 years since we first opened our Concord office, our practice has grown substantially. That growth, and our very positive outlook for the future, made it clear that we needed to find space that was designed specifically for our needs,” said Steven Camerino, managing director of the Concord office. ”

Construction on 11 South Main Street is scheduled to begin in August 2005, with a target completion date of fall 2006. When the firm moves in, McLane will share the building with other professional service providers, such as A.G. Edwards, as well as with other Class-A office tenants, upscale retailers, and a restaurant.

The site offers McLane’s clients and staff several conveniences that are important to the firm. Capital Commons will be attached to a 500-car municipal garage as well as having easy access to Interstates 93 and 89. Camerino also noted that “it was important to the firm to remain in Concord’s downtown.” The 5200 sq. foot floor plan of the new office space will include enhanced conference facilities for meetings with clients and more room for the attorneys and staff than the firm’s existing offices.
