Susan Schorr and Charla Stevens to present at Q&A Session: COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements

Attorneys Susan Schorr and Charla Stevens will present at the Question and Answer Session: COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements on June 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm.  The session is presented in partnership with Fred C. Church Insurance.

As COVID-19 vaccine availability across the country becomes more widespread, including now for teens 12 and up, questions about what employers, schools, and other organizations can and cannot ask or require are a hot topic.

Topics of this important webinar will include:

·       What are some considerations around employers requiring vaccinations for employees?

·       How do we protect the privacy of employees, students, and program participants who choose to receive the vaccine and those who do not?

·       If an employee, student, or program participant chooses not to be vaccinated and is harassed or threatened as a result, what can and should a business do?

·       How should schools, camps, and other youth organizations handle requiring vaccinations for students and participants?

This webinar will be in a real-time Q&A format, and registrants are encouraged to submit their questions in advance to mbauers@fredcchurch.com.  Register at: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/2416212541131/WN_cLRbkcVpRmi0OOj0h7ajGw
