Service Desk Manager
Eddie Connor is the firm’s Service Desk Manager. He leads the day-to-day operations of the IT department as well as guiding strategic plan implementation. His focus is on leveraging the capabilities of technology to aid in improving operational efficiencies within the firm.
He also has experience leading IT teams and initiatives in the Defense and Higher Education fields. Eddie currently holds CISSP and CEH certifications.
