Jason is Of Counsel with the Trusts & Estates Group at McLane Middleton. Jason has over 15 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and families to grow and protect their estates by representing them in all aspects of estate planning, charitable planning, and estate and trust administration. Jason concentrates his practice in sophisticated estate planning, including the implementation and administration of tax strategies, trusts and alternative strategies for high income and high net worth individuals, families, executives and business owners, as well as strategies involving asset protection and wealth preservation. He has particular experience in designing comprehensive estate plans to achieve clients’ goals including revocable and irrevocable trusts, and helping clients to reach their philanthropic aims through private foundations and charitable trusts. Jason also specializes in auditing tax exposure and implementing tax minimization strategies and financial protection plans for both individuals and families. Prior to this position, Jason held roles providing fiduciary, trust, estate, tax, legal, risk oversight, planning and management.  Such roles included serving both in-house for large trust company divisions at an investment management firm and national bank, as well as law firms.

Following law school and working in large law firms as a paralegal, Jason began in private practice at a well-respected law firm in Massachusetts focusing on complex estate, trust, tax, and wealth planning and administration. Jason further assisted clients with tax issues, probate & fiduciary litigation, real estate issues within trust and estate relationships, asset titling and ownership, and the formation, governance, ownership, and operation of pass-through, for-profit, and non-profit entities.

Jason received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University (PA). In addition, Jason holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® certification.
