Pam Ouellette is the Director of Human Resources at McLane Middleton.  Pam joined McLane Middleton in October after four years at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC) as the VP of Organizational Development and Human Resources.  Prior to NHEC, Pam spent more than 30 years at Cabot Corporation, based in Massachusetts, with her last position as the Human Resource Manager at the R&D Business Technology Center.

Pam holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.  Pam is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the New England Human Resource Association (NEHRA).
