As a paralegal in the firm’s Corporate Department Kelly assists attorneys with a variety of corporate matters including entity formation, organization, administration, and corporate governance. She began her career working as a court assistant in 2017, and brings family and corporate law experience to her role.

Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) with a major in politics and society (pre-law) and minor in deaf studies, and her Paralegal Studies Certificate from the American Bar Association approved program at the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI).

Kelly has held various board positions with the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire (PANH), and is currently serving as the Primary Liaison to the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA) (2019-2021), and Social Media Coordinator (2017-2021). She established the PANH LinkedIn account and creates all content. Previously, she served as the Secondary Liaison to the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and Director-at-Large (2018-2019).  She is a member of NFPA, PANH, and is also a member of the American Alliance of Paralegals. Kelly is a Notary Public for the State of New Hampshire.
