Andrea Daly Joins Panel on Winning Workplaces

Andrea L. Daly will be part of the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce and the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation’s panel discussion on “Winning Workplaces: Competitive Strategies for Your Business” on April 7 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Cochecho Country Club in Dover, N.H.

Other speakers will include Amanda Grappone of Grappone Automotive, Delise West of Human Resource Partners, Matt Mowry of Business NH Magazine, and Kathy Neils of the University of New Hampshire.

During the event, the panel will discuss best practices in shifting workplace culture that build family-friendly businesses.

Andrea is a director in the firm’s litigation department and managing director of the firm’s Portsmouth office.  Her practice focuses on representation of a range of individuals and entities in probate and fiduciary duty actions including guardianship proceedings, will challenges, and breach of fiduciary duty matters. She also has expertise in licensing defense matters. She has represented a large number of mental health professionals including physicians, dentists, and licensed nurses who are the subject of complaints filed with licensing boards.
