John Weaver to Present on AI Webinar for TerraLex

Attorney John Weaver will present on a webinar for TerraLex, “Unlocking AI’s Potential: Responsible Innovation in Real Estate Transactions,” on Thursday, September 18 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

John will explore the responsible use of AI tools in real estate transactions, emphasizing how traditional legal duties such as competence, confidentiality, and supervision apply in an AI-enabled environment. Through real-world examples and practical guidance, this session helps attorneys recognize when AI enhances efficiency and when it may compromise legal or ethical standards. The goal is to equip participants with a framework for using AI responsibly, balancing innovation with their professional obligations.
