Manchester, N.H., Woburn, Mass. (September 11, 2025) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to welcome Amy M. Dubois as our new Director of Human Resources.
Amy will oversee strategic and operational HR initiatives across the firm’s five offices in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. With more than 20 years of experience in human capital leadership, Amy will play a central role in cultivating a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture that supports the firm’s continued growth and evolving workforce.
She will manage a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation strategy, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and professional development for support staff. Amy will also contribute to firm-wide policy development and will serve on several internal committees ensuring HR practices align with the firm’s long-term objectives and standards of excellence.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
