Attorneys Viggo Fish, Shaune Hickson, and Steven Yannacone have been reelected as officers of the Environmental and Natural Resources Section of the New Hampshire Bar. This will be Viggo’s third term serving as Chair having previously served from 2018-2019.
The Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section serves to provide substantive programs on topics concerning environmental and energy regulation and law and to educate attorneys on important changes to federal and State environmental laws. The section provides educational opportunities, CLE programs, and a platform for discussion and networking among its members.
Viggo is a member of the firm’s Administrative Law Department where he maintains a diverse environmental and energy regulatory and litigation practice. His practice involves representation of clients in energy and environmental permitting, including permitting of energy facilities before the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee, environmental enforcement and litigation, and compliance counseling involving the broad range of State, federal and local environmental laws. Shaune is an associate in the Administrative Law and Litigation Departments, where she represents clients in a variety of environmental, energy, and other civil matters. Shaune earned her juris doctorate magna cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, with an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law. Steven is an attorney in the Administrative Law and Litigation Departments, where he advises public and private clients in matters involving energy project siting, environmental permitting, corporate and contract disputes, and compliance.
