Amy Dubois serves as Director of Human Resources, overseeing strategic and operational HR initiatives across the firm’s five offices in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. With more than 20 years of experience in human capital leadership, Amy plays a central role in cultivating a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture that supports the firm’s continued growth and evolving workforce.

She manages a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation strategy, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and professional development for support staff. Amy also contributes to firm-wide policy development and serves on several internal committees—including Management, Hiring, Benefits, Professional Personnel, Wellness, and Safety—ensuring HR practices align with the firm’s long-term objectives and standards of excellence.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
