Kathleen Swienton is a paralegal with the Trusts and Estates Department at McLane Middleton.  With over 30 years of experience in estate and trust administration, Kathy’s  primary focus is supporting families, assisting them though the intricacies of the estate and trust settlement process.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathy worked most recently at Pierce Atwood in Portsmouth, NH, and previously at several major Boston law firms, including Hill & Barlow, Choate, Hall & Stewart, Goulston & Storrs and Bingham McCutchen/Morgan Lewis Bockius.

Kathy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Elms College where she majored in French and Spanish.  She received her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University, her Master’s Degree in Administration from Boston College and taught Paralegal Studies for many years at Northeastern University’s Boston campus.
