Malcolm is an attorney who advises entrepreneurs, businesses, and franchise clients on a variety of corporate, transactional, and governance matters. His work practice focuses on general corporate advising, business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and corporate governance.

Malcolm also brings specialized knowledge of franchising to his work. He works closely with franchisors and franchisees on corporate and transactional matters, ensuring that clients’ business and legal objectives align with the complex regulatory landscape of franchising.

Malcolm received his JD Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas (2024) and B.A. from the University of Minnesota (2020). Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Malcolm was an associate attorney at a nationally recognized boutique law firm focusing on franchise law.
