Sarah McLaughlin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, supporting clients in matters ranging from complex litigation to mediation and arbitration, working closely with individuals, organizations, and businesses to develop strategies that protect their interests and resolve disputes effectively.

Sarah received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2025 where she participated in the Environmental Law & Policy Clinic, Journal of High Technology Law, and served as President of the Environmental Law Society.

Prior to law school, Sarah worked as recovery resolution specialist at a large insurance company where she specialized in subrogation efforts.

Sarah received her B.A. cum laude in Political Science and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire in 2019.

Sarah was a summer associate with the firm in 2024 before rejoining in September 2025.
