McLane Middleton’s Aaron Fenton, Nancy Keller-Go, and Victoria Poland Admitted to New Hampshire State Bar

Manchester, N.H. (April 8, 2026) – The law firm of McLane Middleton is pleased to announce that attorneys Aaron R. Fenton, Nancy N. Keller-Go, and Victoria R. Poland have been admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar.

Aaron is a member of McLane Middleton’s Litigation Department. He has developed litigation expertise representing clients in a broad array of complex commercial disputes, including contractual disagreements, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, and real estate controversies. He has championed clients through all phases of litigation and leverages extensive experience in traditional- and e-discovery, motion practice, dispositive and appellate briefing, and pre-trial preparations. He has also found success in the courtroom, including as co-counsel in a widely-reported trial in Massachusetts Land Court. Nancy is a director in the firm’s Trusts and Estates Department where she advises high net worth individuals, family offices, foundations, public charities and fiduciaries. Her practice encompasses gift and estate planning, trusteeship and trust administration, estate settlement, philanthropy and family governance.  Nancy is also a member of the firm’s Education Law Practice Group, advising schools, universities and other nonprofits in the area of planned giving. Drawing upon her experience in law, wealth management and philanthropy – as well as her personal experience as co-founder of a family business – Nancy supports families in defining, evolving and realizing legacy; building consensus among stakeholders; and accomplishing their goals in the most practical and tax-efficient manner.  Her work includes advising art collectors on planning strategies related to their collections and helping clients establish New Hampshire Trusts (including dynasty trusts and directed trusts) to take advantage of the state’s favorable trust laws. Victoria is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Real Estate Practice Group where she assists individuals and businesses in a variety of matters, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, leasing, landlord/tenant, easements, and land use matters. She also assists individuals with intellectual property matters including trademark registration and protection. Victoria is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where she received her J.D. and Intellectual Property Certificate, and holds an M.B.A from Johnson & Wales University.
