What is the importance of in person collaboration? That question and other reasons many businesses are moving toward bringing their employees back into an in-person work environment will be addressed in this seminar. Presenter Rick Maybury, President of the Knowles Johnson Institute of Graduate Studies will discuss this idea in more depth and provide takeaways for organizations to consider for their own needs. Attendees will walk away with the answer to, “why do we have to come back to work?” As well as the importance of in-person collaboration in order for organizations to succeed.
