The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued an Emergency Temporary Standard imposing significant new requirements on employers with 100 or more employees regarding COVID-19 vaccination, testing, face coverings, notification, and recordkeeping. OSHA and the Biden Administration have said that this ETS is necessary to protect unvaccinated workers from the risk of contracting COVID-19 at work.
