The New Hampshire Bar Association is having a joint Corporate, Banking & Business Law and Business Litigation section meeting on October 5, 2022. This meeting will feature a round table discussion with the New Hampshire Superior Court Business and Commercial Dispute Docket Judge David Anderson. The discussion will include current trends and practices in the New Hampshire business transaction and litigation legal landscapes. A Q&A session will follow. Come enjoy the conversation and light refreshments.
Judge Anderson was sworn in as a Superior Court justice on January 31, 2014. Prior to that, he was a partner at Pierce Atwood LLP where he was a member of the management committee and partner in charge of the Portsmouth office. Judge Anderson earned a B.A. from Yale University in 1988 and a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1995. Following graduation, he clerked for The Honorable Melvin Brunetti, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Judge Anderson practiced at Foley Hoag LLP before joining Pierce Atwood LLP in 2001.
