Adam Hamel to Present at NHBR Event on Health Care Trends

McLane Middleton attorney Adam M. Hamel is part of the NH Business Review’s panel discussion on “Health Care Trends” on October 25, 2017 in Concord, N.H.

The forum will include a perspective on health care policy from keynote speaker Ed Prewitt, editorial director of NEJM Catalyst (Catalyst.NEJM.org), a new digital publication launched by the New England Journal of Medicine. Prewitt will provide an up-to-the-minute update on the health care policy debate in Washington, and how it affects New Hampshire businesses and citizens.  The session will include a panel of local experts who will discuss how mental health and addiction issues affect businesses and health care providers, how a business should handle a condition, as well as local and national policies on the topic.

Adam is a director in McLane Middleton’s litigation department, concentrating his practice in the areas of business, employment and probate litigation. Adam regularly assists clients on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and violations of restrictive covenants.
