Alexandra Breed to Present as Part of Financial Planning Association of Northern New England’s Continuing Education Series

McLane attorney Alexandra T. Breed will be presenting at the Financial Planning Association of Northern New England’s seminar on May 29, 2015.  Alexandra is part of a panel session called “Planning for the Unexpected: Important Things to Consider When Planning to Meet the Needs of Your Client’s Family.

The session will review important issues to consider when planning to meet the needs of your clients’ family: assets and how to use them to express your values (conservation easements, passing on a family business, vacation home); end of life/legacy; and working with multi-generational families around wealth and philanthropy.

Alexandra is a director and chair of McLane’s Trusts & Estates department where she counsels individuals and families regarding advanced wealth preservation and transfer techniques, including estate planning, estate and gift taxes, charitable giving techniques, conservation easements, ownership and transfer of significant family properties, asset protection and guardianships. She is a frequent speaker and author on the use of conservation easements in estate planning.

She is recognized in Woodward/White’s Best Lawyers in America for Trusts & Estates Law and Real Estate Law.  In addition, Alexandra has been recognized by Best Lawyers and New England Super Lawyers.  She was named to the “Top Attorneys in NH” by New Hampshire Magazine, she was Concord’s Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate in 2013, and she was named the 2013 Five Star Wealth Manager by Five Star Professional.
